Morning walk – the Saviour of life, sounds strange isn’t it? But this is true. This costless easy exercise can save us from heart attacks and high blood sugar related diseases (Do consult your doctor before you start). There are many other advantages of it but these killer diseases can be avoided for considerable time using morning walk as a routine exercise.

It is 30 – 45 minutes brisk walk, after you get fresh in the morning, and you haven’t eaten anything for at least 1 hour, that is the rule of game. Let us see what are the benefits.
